Do I have to be a member to hold an event at the Guilford Yacht Club?

What is a site fee and how much is it? What is included?
The site fee is the fee for the use of the facility. The fee varies based on season and day of the week, the event manager can provide complete cost information. The site fee is for a five hour event plus 2 hours of set-up, and 1 hour of breakdown time. , it includes an on-site event manager as well as the the tables and chairs necessary to outfit your event. We have a number of tables in a variety of sizes, including cocktail tables, dining tables and some rectangular tables. We have light wood chivari chairs inside the ballroom and 40 white garden chairs to be used outside.
How many events take place at the same time at the Guilford Yacht Club?
The Guilford Yacht Club only holds one event at a time, and only one event per day.
Can I have my ceremony on-site? Is there an additional fee for this?
Absolutely! The most popular option is to have the ceremony out on the Great Lawn with views of the Long Island Sound. There is no additional fee to have your ceremony on-site if it is within your five-hour event period.
Does the Guilford Yacht Club have a bridal suite?
It sure does, complete with a private bathroom. The bridal suite is available for you when your set up time begins. Additional hours of use may be purchased if needed. Your Event Manager is happy to discuss this with you.
When can I come in to set-up?
The Guilford Yacht Club is open for set up two hours prior to the scheduled start time of your event. Please discuss this with your Event Manager, as they may be able to take care of some of your basic day-of event set-up.
Is the Guilford Yacht Club handicap accessible?
Yes. Handicap access is through the doors off the pool (there is a slight lip there) and bathrooms are most certainly handicap accessible. There is no handicap access to the second floor.
